HVAC Licensed Residential Technicians

📋 Description

• The HVAC Technician installs, repairs, and maintains heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning
• Diagnoses HVAC issues, performs routine maintenance, ensures code and manufacturer compliance, and
• Residential work is 80% and commercial 20%, including service, replacements, upgrades, renovations
• Requires strong customer-service skills and independence in daily work.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state certifications
• EPA 608 Certification
• Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safety practices
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical HVAC documentation
• Proficient with mobile work order apps and basic inventory management
