- Platform support to maintain and improve core platform and products
- Primary contact for platform‑related support queries and incidents
- Monitor system health in a cloud-based AWS environment and assist with deployments and integrations
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and third‑party providers
- Influence support processes and operational best practices
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in a Platform support role and knowledge of the system life cycle
- AWS Skillset (EKS, EC2, RDS etc)
- Excellent IT skills
- Team player with a desire to make an impact
- A willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
