📋 Description

• Own SOC 2 Type II program end-to-end.
• Lead ISO 27001 from scope to certification.
• Own AI governance across product and internal use.
• Own policy, risk, and third-party governance.
• Set governance standards for identity and access.
• Build and lead a distributed team (2 directs in Bangladesh).

🎯 Requirements

• Led ISO 27001 implementation to certification or built SOC 2 Type II from scratch.
• Owns compliance/GRC program end-to-end with enterprise customers.
• Comfortable evaluating technical control evidence with engineers.
• Managed security, GRC, or compliance professionals for 2+ years.
• Can discuss automation and its impact on controls; understands data flows in AI.
• Experience across multi-time-zone teams with asynchronous work.
