Director, Product Management - Snowflake Transactions

📋 Description

• Lead the market-defining evolution of our transactional data engine, optimizing the relationship
• Develop a product vision and strategy focused on a differentiated OLTP product offering, including
• Build and drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer
• Integrate Snowflake's transactional offering deeply into the Snowflake AI product portfolio
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with apps and AI platforms to position Snowflake's OLTP
• Lead, develop, and evaluate a high-performing product team to ensure efficient and impactful

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead 0-to-1-to-100 product motions, from initial launch through large-scale
• 12+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of driving significant business
• Experience leading product portfolio strategy in high-growth, complex enterprise software
• Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms (e.g., Postgres, MySQL SQL Server, or
• Experience crafting ambitious product vision and strategy and executing against it to achieve
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to partner with Engineering
