🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex, multi-team software or technology programs in fast-paced or early-stage
• Technically strong; able to reason about modern software, ML, and robotics stacks even if you don’t
• Systems thinking; understand how parts of a complex system fit together and ripple effects.
• Stays neutral and adapts under pressure; keeps people aligned in high-tension situations.
• Strong project management: planning, prioritising, risk and dependency management, adaptable to
