📋 Description

• Develop clinical and technical expertise across primary surgical specialties in robotic-assisted
• Gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects with a development focus in year one and
• Support regional utilization of da Vinci Surgical Systems via product demonstrations and
• Lead customer demonstrations, in-services, and sales-related activities to drive procedure adoption.
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate regional events under local sales leadership.
• Act as Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria/Germany after training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or several years of relevant
• Fluent in English and German.
• Ambition, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
• Sales degree is a plus.
