Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Field Technicians, and Clients
• Ensure seamless transition from sale to service for long-term customer success
• Coordinate program rollouts, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
• Oversee field installations, on-site assessments, and site readiness for healthcare deployments
• Manage communications and timelines across cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects
• Strong project coordination, ERP/IT deployment, and field operations experience
• Ability to manage client relationships and align stakeholder expectations
• Hands-on experience with field site assessments and deployment logistics
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer experiences
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
