Lead Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• Lead a team of cultivation agents in daily garden operations, monitoring production and health of
• Oversee quality control in the greenhouse to meet product standards and compliance.
• Direct cultivation staff, scheduling, cultivation processes, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with gardeners and harvest technicians to maintain compliant, clean facilities.
• Ensure documentation and reporting align with state standards and Cresco policies.
• Maintain plant health and cultivation workflows across the facility.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older to apply
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
• Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior staff or new hires
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and tolerate varying weather
