Senior Demand Planner

📋 Description

• Generate proper demand for manufactured and purchased parts
• Align capacity requirements with production, including setup and maintenance of work orders
• Review production and demand performance against inventory; determine Production and QC priorities
• Prepare and transact work orders; ensure availability of materials
• Communicate status of work orders, inventory levels, and projects
• Coordinate planning with cross functional departments to meet milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in demand planning, production planning, and procurement data management
• Knowledge of ERP systems, BOMs, and material planning concepts (MRP, WIP)
• Ability to plan raw materials and coordinate production with purchasing
• Strong data analysis to reduce excess/obsolete inventory; use vendor returns and stock balancing
• Collaborate with R&D, Lab teams, and PDO to validate technical BOMs and drive accurate
• Maintain item master data and procurement master data for planning
