AV Supervisor, Live Events

📋 Description

• Oversee setup, strike and execution of program details for events.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver excellent meeting and conference experiences.
• Lead technology team and coordinate with on-site and regional leadership.
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly checklists and ensure tasks are completed.
• Provide ad-hoc troubleshooting and on-site tech enhancements for client programs.
• Present a professional image and uphold company SOPs during events.

🎯 Requirements

• Audio: 4-24 channel mixers, wireless mics, Crestron CS/DMX, Biamp Tesira systems
• Video: Switchers, projectors, LED walls, LCD displays
• IT: Wi-Fi troubleshooting, DHCP/Static IP, network knowledge, codecs
• Control: Crestron control systems familiarity
• Lifting: ability to move equipment up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including nights/weekends
• Strong communication, client relations, and team mentorship skills
