📋 Description

• Gather required documentation from the borrower and third party vendors per policies
• Review file to ensure documents align with loan application
• Scan hard copies to system for access to all documents
• Understand underwriting submission requirements before submission
• Order services and track status from order to receipt
• Coordinate with parties to address conditions after underwriter decision and schedule settlement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a mortgage loan processor
• Experience with high net worth/non-conforming/jumbo loans
• Ability to calculate income and review asset statements
• Review and detect issues with Title and Appraisals
• Strong communication, Mortgage knowledge, and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to flexible scheduling
