- Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assigned assets
- Drive execution of publication plans with timelines/budgets
- Review publications for quality and alignment with platforms
- Coordinate with Scientific Communications and Publications Directors
- Manage outsourcing budgets and internal resources
- Mentor internal/external medical writers and ensure timely work
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; higher degrees preferred
- 4-5 years in medical/scientific publications or related fields
- Proven leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of medical data interpretation
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas and statistical concepts a plus
- Experience with scientific publication structure and regulations
