Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Shadow client teams to observe workflows and identify pain points
• Design solutions: automation, AI agents, system integration
• Build and integrate solutions with TMS/WMS/ERP systems
• Prototype and ship automation (check calls, tracking, onboarding)
• Tune prompts and models based on production data
• Identify security, compliance, and infra needs early

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack engineering with Python and TypeScript
• Experience designing automated workflows and AI-driven solutions
• Proven API/integration development with third-party/enterprise systems
• Ability to translate non-technical needs to technical solutions
• Comfort debugging and re-scoping in front of customers
• Track record shipping software quickly in fast-changing environments
