Traveling Inflight Base Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead Inflight operations for assigned crew domicile(s) in an airport setting
• Coach and develop Flight Attendants to meet performance expectations
• Conduct observation flights and ramp checks; manage irregular operations
• Oversee hiring, terminations, and grievance processes as needed
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve on-time performance and customer experience
• Travel to crew bases and HQ as required to provide operational support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year as Flight Attendant; 2+ years managing people; 1 year union experience
• Pass a criminal background check; authorized to work in the US
• Passport and driver's license required
• FARs knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel; strong communication and confidentiality
