• Own our community presence across Reddit and relevant online communities
• Map where our users hang out across subreddits, Discord, forums, and niche platforms
• Join conversations genuinely, contribute useful information, ideas and resources
• Create community-native content around product use cases, comparisons, experiments, workflows and
• Run creative experiments with many communities, formats, concepts and initiatives
• Build relationships with moderators and power users to open doors for AMAs and partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of internet-native experience in community, Reddit, social media or growth
• Deep Reddit fluency: subreddit dynamics, karma and rules
• Broad understanding of Discord, forums and other online communities
• Proven organic engagement with content or community participation
• Sharp, adaptable writing in English for diverse communities
• Extremely online instincts with good judgment and high-output mindset
