Retail Area Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop retail teams to build the Curaleaf brand and drive sales across multiple stores.
• Oversee 4 stores in North Dakota, with 75% travel and on-site work when not traveling.
• Set direction, train staff, and monitor store performance to maximize productivity and guest
• Manage revenue and expenses (P&L) and implement improvements to meet business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years retail leadership experience; 3+ years in multi-unit management.
• Proven ability to train and develop store leaders; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, labor laws, regulatory compliance, and state agency interactions.
• Ability to analyze business trends, mentor teams, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Biotrack experience a plus.
