• Lead executive vendor governance forums and strategic planning.
• Partner on vendor selection, expansion, and network design.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in customer operations with large-scale vendor programs.
• 10+ years leading managers and complex global vendor orgs.
• Proven success with outsourced ops and global vendor networks.
• Experience in supply/demand management with global WFM teams.
• Demonstrated AI or automation deployment at scale.
• Strong analytics for data-driven decisions and outcomes.
