- Own cross-functional initiatives with teams like CX, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Operations, and
- Define success metrics (OpEx savings, handle-time reduction, booking margin, etc.) and manage
🎯 Requirements
- Seasoned product manager with track record shipping internal/operational or platform products
- Experience turning ambiguous pain points into measurable roadmaps and success metrics.
- Strong in collaborating with internal systems, AI-enabled workflows, and data-driven decision
- Excellent cross-functional communication with stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with internal tools, enterprise SaaS
