📋 Description

• Lead life science customers in rapid configuration and implementation of Veeva Vault Development
• Manage tasks across workshop delivery, requirements, configuration, validation, migration
• Collaborate with customers and team members from inception to adoption, ensuring process alignment
• Co-work with project manager on communication, risks, and reporting between project team, customer
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Sales, and other teams
• Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle
