Technical Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Independently scope ambiguous operational problems and frontier & emergent risks, and turn them
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and data-quality gaps.
• Build and maintain dashboards, monitoring, alerts, recurring reporting, and workflow automations.
• Develop systems for detecting and assessing emerging risks, including classifier, evaluation
• Support major cloud deployments and partnerships by validating data pipelines and safety signals
• Design quality controls such as sampling plans, golden datasets, validation holdouts, thresholds

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical operations, data analytics, trust and safety, risk operations, or related
• Strong SQL and experience with unfamiliar datasets, schemas, joins, and data quality issues.
• Built practical dashboards, tools, automations, or operating systems from scoping to adoption.
• Ability to use AI/LLM tools to accelerate workflows while validating outputs and managing failure
• Experience measuring technical/operational systems with metrics like precision, recall, quality
• Excellent judgment in scaled operations, including queues, escalations, and incident response.
