Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• 2nd Shift Maintenance Leadership on a fast-paced cosmetic manufacturing line.
• Lead maintenance execution across shift, supervise technicians, and ensure safety, urgency, and
• Collaborate with Production to meet schedule, line efficiency, and equipment recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years maintenance in manufacturing.
• Previous lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting: mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, utilities, or production
• Ability to read manuals, drawings, schematics; experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and GMP/compliance; on-site 2nd shift with possible overtime.
