📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate and develop high-potential creators on Twitch.
• Manage inbound creator programs and recruit creators from other platforms.
• Guide creators through onboarding and first steps on Twitch.
• Stay connected to creator trends and platforms to improve talent identification.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to support growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Strong data and research skills for evaluating creators.
• Good judgement and attention to detail for authenticity/audience quality.
• Excellent written communication for relationship building.
• Curiosity about creator trends and the creator economy.
• Understanding of livestreaming and online communities.
