📋 Description

• Manage service team to ensure upkeep and repair of property
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work
• Share on-call rotation with teammates
• Hands-on role to maximize rents and occupancy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; 1+ year lead/supervisor
• Strong building maintenance knowledge
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant Type I II or Universal
• Computer skills: manage work orders and turns
• Valid driver’s license and tools required
• DMV/background check will be conducted
