Facilities Technician (Entry Level)

📋 Description

• Receives work order requests for facilities maintenance.
• Point of contact for lab/office needs and problem resolution.
• Responds to inquiries with timely customer service and resolution.
• Supports safety audits, office moves, equipment calibration and cleaning.
• Assists IT with desktop configuration during moves.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance on facilities and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years experience in facilities & safety.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
