📋 Description

• Role: CGA Liaison, Member Services (Production Support Specialist)
• Resolve complex member issues using production tools and data
• Review inventory, identify trends, report to leadership daily
• Ensure compliance with internal/external regulations and timelines
• Work from home; occasional travel for meetings/events
• Reports to the CGA Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• 2+ years strong quantitative/analytical problem solving
• High school diploma or GED
• Bonus: Bachelor's degree
