📋 Description

• Twitch is looking for a Partnerships Associate to identify, evaluate and develop high-potential
• Manage inbound creators gaining momentum and help them develop into long-term partners.
• Recruit creators from other platforms, introducing new talent to Twitch.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in either creator support, influencer marketing, or community management
• Strong data and research skills to quickly evaluate creators from multiple sources
• Good judgement and attention to detail when assessing creator authenticity and audience quality
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building via email and social messaging
• Curiosity about creator trends and a passion for discovering emerging talent
• Understanding of livestreaming, the creator economy and online communities
