📋 Description

• Lead Immunology Discovery for Respiratory DDT strategy
• Build cross-functional collaboration with BD, Precision Medicine, Clinical Development, Commercial
• Develop translational immunology insights and human complex in vitro models
• Generate data packages to advance molecules to First-In-Human in respiratory diseases
• Lead ~15-person team at Cambridge, MA

🎯 Requirements

• MD/PhD, PhD or MS in related field
• ~12+ years in Immunology Drug Discovery in Respiratory
• Translate genotyping/phenotyping into pathways using pharmacology
• Industry experience with early development
• Strong network with leading investigators and collaborators
• Proven leadership and communication with executive audiences
