Onboarding Program Lead, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding for the most complex Enterprise engagements
• Translate firm operations into a transition plan with defined milestones
• Design engagements around the firm's structure, sessions, and audiences
• Develop credible paths around platform gaps and communicate openly
• Centralize product gaps and open asks for cross-team visibility
• Set and maintain Enterprise onboarding standards and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, transitions, or solutions consulting in financial services
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
• Deep consultative understanding of large advisory firms’ operating models and tech stacks
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations
• Structured problem-solving with clear follow-ups and real options
• Executive presence and strong written/verbal facilitation skills
