Charter Service Representative - CVG

📋 Description

• CSR duties across pre-flight, during flight, and post-flight.
• Communicate trip details to client and Headquarters to execute trip safely and efficiently.
• Focus on safety and security while working with private screeners.
• Alleviate workload of crew by tending to non-flying issues.
• Coordinate with OCC when unable to enter information; input data like passenger count, fuel, delay
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Airline industry experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of general office equipment.
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving capabilities.
• Authorized to work in the US; pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
