RN - Skilled Nursing

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in private duty/home health setting.
• Deliver one-to-one client care with individualized plans and autonomy in the home.
• Travel to clients' homes on a schedule you choose, with flexible day/evening/overnight shifts.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document assessments, interventions, and client conditions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers and office staff for support and patient care coordination.
• Build strong client relationships and support families with compassionate care.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active nursing license in good standing.
• Current RN license in the state where work is performed.
• Compassionate, hands-on care philosophy with ability to manage multiple clients at a time.
• Experience in pediatric and/or adult home health and private duty settings preferred.
• Strong documentation, assessment, and clinical advancement opportunities available.
