National Market Access Manager

📋 Description

• Lead 3rd party payer contract negotiations with payers
• Develop contracting strategy aligned with market trends
• Manage and negotiate national and regional contracts
• Analyze contracts, proposed fees, and negotiate financial terms
• Lead payer petitioning to overturn or secure coverage decisions
• Serve as owner/conduit for each 3rd party payer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting and/or IS required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 8+ years healthcare administrative experience
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office, BI tools experience
• Experience with multiple state payors preferred
• Ability to work off-hours and handle confidential data
