📋 Description

• Lead residential plumbing installation projects in the field
• Direct the crew, assign daily responsibilities, and ensure safety
• Maintain jobsite quality, timelines, and customer experience
• Read plumbing plans and troubleshoot installation challenges
• Ensure compliance with codes and company standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years plumbing experience; 2+ years installation preferred
• Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License required
• Lead/Foreman experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work hands-on with crew in the field

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (training pay)
• Estimated annual base pay: $62,400 – $93,600+, based on experience
