Sr. Sourcing Specialist, Construction

📋 Description

• Support construction projects that expand or optimize infrastructure for the Starship Program.
• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets.
• Create and maintain stakeholder relationships to optimize value of products and services; sustain
• Communicate, manage, and drive compliance to category strategies.
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects with stakeholders; provide updates.
• Perform quantitative and business analyses to assess financial impacts and cost improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree; or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in engineering, supply chain, purchasing
• Preferred: construction project management, procurement experience, experience with industrial or
• Strong contract negotiation and document management; ability to interpret contract terms for
• Technical knowledge of MS Office, SQL, PowerBI; ability to analyze data and drive insights.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
