Partner Director, ANZ

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day relationships with signed services partners in Australia
• Drive onboarding across workstreams: sales training, technical enablement, security, provisioning
• Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell OpenAI solutions
• Orchestrate co-developed solutions with partners: use cases, demo assets, localized docs
• Monitor partner performance and drive remediation or acceleration
• Coordinate across OpenAI teams to align partner needs with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in alliances, partner success, or sales in enterprise software
• Experience onboarding and activating partners with hyperscale cloud or enterprise SaaS
• Strong program management across multiple workstreams
• Familiar with Australian enterprise ecosystem, regional/global partner teams
• Experience at high-growth companies; agile, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication; English fluency
