Sr. Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to meet requirements
• Create, review, maintain, and execute test cases for new/modified systems
• Translate requirements into testing scenarios and quality criteria
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Scrum teams in Agile delivery
• Support multiple teams while maintaining quality testing standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum/Agile experience
• Extensive experience in full software testing lifecycle
• Strong functional, integration, and regression testing experience
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with change management and change-control processes
