Azure Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security data ingestion pipelines for SIEM and cloud data
• Parse, normalize, transform, enrich, and validate structured and unstructured security telemetry.
• Onboard new log sources with stakeholders and validate end-to-end data flows.
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, timeliness, and quality for monitoring, detection, and risk
• Align security data with schemas and governance standards to support analytics and automation.
• Troubleshoot ingestion, parsing, transformation, and data-quality issues across environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, data engineering, log management, or related tech.
• Hands-on experience onboarding, managing, and validating log sources in SIEM, cloud data platforms
• Strong understanding of data parsing, normalization, transformation, and validation (regex, JSON
• Familiarity with security telemetry from network, endpoint, identity, application, cloud, and infra
• Experience with Azure ecosystem logging, monitoring, and analytics services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for pipeline, ingestion, schema, and data-quality
