Sr. Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to meet requirements.
• Create, review, maintain, and execute test cases for new/modified systems.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into testing scenarios.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Scrum teams in Agile delivery.
• Support multiple teams while maintaining testing standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Extensive experience across the full software testing lifecycle.
• Strong experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, deductive reasoning, and problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with Automated Change Management and change-control processes.
