📋 Description

• Lead enterprise software asset management in a DoD environment.
• Shape software purchasing, governance, tracking, and reporting across tech landscape.
• Manage licenses across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Coordinate audits with vendors and remediation efforts.
• Provide visibility into deployments, entitlements, and costs to leadership.
• Influence enterprise technology investments and risk controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• 15+ years IT experience with 8+ years in DoD/federal SAM.
• Experience with Flexera, ServiceNow SAM, Snow License Manager, or similar.
• Knowledge of perpetual/subscription/cloud licensing models.
