Lead Technical Product Manager, Content and Tools

📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for content generation, accredited learning, publications, and related
• Lead scalable platform to transform materials into derivative assets.
• Establish content quality gates and publishing requirements.
• Own content model, taxonomy, and metadata for personalization and search.
• Lead learning workflows including journeys, credit-claiming and related publishing tasks.
• Manage capabilities for embedded clinical tools and sponsor assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical product management, content platforms, or digital publishing (principal: 10+).
• Proven ability to define product standards and drive adoption across teams.
• Deep experience with content modeling, taxonomy, and metadata in headless CMS (Storyblok preferred).
• Hands-on with LLM-powered content generation, including evaluation and cost-performance tradeoffs.
• Experience with learning platforms (Docebo a plus) and accredited environments (ACCME familiarity
• Ability to build functions from the ground up and scale operations with demand.
