Events & Sponsorship Lead

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of major company events.
• Identify high-value event and sponsorship opportunities for different business teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and on-site event operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Marketing, PR, Social, Product, Compliance) to align event
• Develop workflows, timelines, and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Support guest management, speaker coordination, VIP arrangements, and budgets when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in events, sponsorships, partnerships, or related roles.
• Experience in crypto/Web3, fintech, or digital asset industries is preferred.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management with ability to handle multiple events/workstreams.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and risk management skills.
• Willingness to travel and support onsite execution as required.
