📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of print operators
• Set up and operate printing presses and equipment
• Monitor production quality and specifications
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance
• Manage scheduling and inventory of supplies
• Collaborate with designers and prepress to ensure file readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in print production, mail operations, or related field
• Proven leadership or shift/team lead experience
• Proficiency with printing equipment and color calibration
• Knowledge of safety and environmental guidelines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
