• Delivery of outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral shops
• Engage with customers and build relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Handle transactions and demonstrate products and betting terminals
• Ensure high shop standards and open/close duties
• Adhere to safer gambling practices and resolve customer concerns
• Operate within defined rota patterns and targets

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older to work in betting shops
• Customer-facing experience
• Confidence working with customers in person
• Experience with cash handling and payments
