Developer Support Engineer

📋 Description

• - Provide advanced technical support for backend services, integrations, databases, configurations
• - Participate in on-call rotations and provide escalation support for complex or high-impact
• - Troubleshoot installations, upgrades, migrations, performance issues, and environment-specific
• - Analyze application logs, support bundles, database queries, API traffic, and system metrics to
• - Use development and environment inspection tools to debug application behavior across multiple
• - Identify, reproduce, and document software defects and collaborate with Engineering on resolution

🎯 Requirements

• - 3–6 years of experience supporting Java-based web applications or comparable enterprise software
• - Strong troubleshooting capabilities spanning application code, logs, databases, APIs
• - Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and working with databases such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL
• - Strong Linux command-line skills, particularly for log analysis, system configuration, and
• - Experience troubleshooting networking concerns involving firewalls, proxies, connectivity, and
• - Practical experience working with REST APIs and SaaS or web-based applications
