📋 Description
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team (ML engineers, data scientists
- Own the team’s technical roadmap with senior engineering leadership and cross-functional
- Drive model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models at massive scale.
- Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, evaluation
- Collaborate with platform/API teams to meet requirements, latency, and performance constraints.
- Partner with Product/customer teams to translate needs into technical initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, ML, data science, or related field.
- At least 2 years leading an ML/data science team in fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience delivering production ML systems from data pipelines to deployment.
- Strong technical understanding of ML, data systems, MLOps, experiment tracking, feature stores
- Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data in production.
- Hands-on familiarity with data stack/analytics tooling (e.g., dbt or similar).
