📋 Description
- Lead a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team across ML engineers, data scientists, analysts
- Own the team roadmap with emphasis on model quality and latency
- Drive production ML systems: pipelines, feature engineering, training, deployment
- Collaborate with platform, API, product, and customer teams
- Communicate performance, trade-offs, risks, and priorities to stakeholders
- Mentor engineers and build a high-performing org
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, ML, or related field, incl. 2+ years leading ML/data science teams
- Experience delivering production ML systems end-to-end (pipelines to deployment)
- Proven success building multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, analysts
- Strong ML and data systems knowledge; familiarity with MLOps tools
- Hands-on with analytics tech like dbt or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to translate trade-offs to stakeholders
