Job Description
📋 Description
- Support customers with site preparation requirements and ensure locations are ready for equipment
- Install, commission, and support new additive manufacturing machines and equipment at customer
- Deliver customer training on equipment safety, operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes
- Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical documentation to support
- Travel extensively throughout the United States, with domestic travel up to 90%.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree or technical college qualification in mechanical, electrical, automation
- Up to 2 years of relevant field service experience in additive manufacturing, CNC machining, or
- Experience with additive manufacturing equipment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities in complex technical systems
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings
- Hands-on experience with mid-sized capital equipment and high/low voltage electrical equipment
