- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new mid-market merchants
- Serve as primary operational contact during implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for merchant launches
- Develop operational strategies per merchant requirements
- Escalate fulfillment issues during first 30 days
- Analyze volume needs with forecasting to adjust operations
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in fulfillment ops or related fields
- Experience with merchants, suppliers, or external partners
- Proven record of cross-functional initiative delivery
- Strong program mgmt with multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting
