📋 Description

• Own a product area on Axon App end to end: problem, roadmap, sprint-level plan, and the metric that
• Build and manage the roadmap and backlog, with justification for trade-offs, and earn buy-in from
• Work with engineering to balance scope, functionality, performance, and time-to-market.
• Work with counterpart PMs, design, and sales to bring the right product to life with the right
• Provide regular two-way communication with senior management and internal customers on status
• Spend time with customers (in the field and remotely) to inform the roadmap and make sure what we

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical
• 3+ years relevant software product management, ideally shipping multi-system products while working
• Evidence you have owned a product area or major workflow — not only tickets inside someone else’s
• Direct experience working with engineers to balance scope, time-to-market, and functionality
• Success influencing engineering and design, and partnering across functions, in a growth
• Excellent problem solving; well-structured written and verbal communication.
