📋 Description

• Own functional design for core SAP finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Configure S/4HANA and define master-data strategy.
• Drive process intelligence to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Shape AI-assisted, agentic automation with governance and human oversight.
• Bridge Finance with Engineering for data flows between S/4HANA, SAP tools, and Databricks AI.
• Lead workshops to validate value and define acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years SAP functional consulting with full S/4HANA lifecycle.
• Process Intelligence experience with SAP Process Intelligence or equivalent.
• Clean-core mindset for standard S/4HANA design.
• Hands-on with AI/agentic automation in enterprise processes.
• Integration awareness (APIs/OData, IDoc, SAP BTP) and governance experience.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and change-management skills.
