FDE AI/ Solutions Architect (AI, Python/Data)

📋 Description

• Sit with client and Forward Deployed Executive; redesign function from first principles
• Reach fluency in new domain (insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow)
• Design and ship production GenAI systems in client environment (cloud-native data, LLM, agentic
• Write production code across stack: AI, backend services, data pipelines
• Take systems to production on AWS; consider GCP/Azure per client need
• Lead architecture reviews; produce technical design docs; mentor engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building and running production systems
• Solid AI/ML foundations; understand model behavior and failure modes
• Experience shipping production LLM applications and agentic workflows
• Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, tool usage, state management
• Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI) and agent frameworks
• Production depth in AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR) or GCP/Azure; cloud-native delivery
